“As I look at this silly prize I’m holding, I can’t help but wonder whether one day it might be the weapon used to bludgeon me in my sleep by a disgruntled burglar or possibly Mr. Rob Schneider,” Sandler added. In films like Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, and The Wedding Singer, Sandler plays zany man-child roles that have earned him both praise and criticism.
