I’m personally a huge fan of retro games. They bring out another side of me that I just love. The Legend of Dragoon: About the Game
The Legend of Dragoon is a JRPG that was produced during the end of the OG Playstation’s end of life cycle. Sony Interactive Entertainment published the game and Japan Studio created the entire game. The game is set in a fantasy world called the Endiness and follows the protagonist, Dart, and his group of warriors as they set out on their journey to save the world from destruction. The game consists of a 3d world and lets the player explore narrative focussed environments.
The Legend of Dragoon received generally favorable reviews upon its release and it was loved by players. The critics, however, had mixed reactions. Nevertheless, the game is a great one. Critics particularly praised the game for its mixed combat mechanics and immersive and “sweeping story”. It was also highly praised for its graphics. At the time, they were simply the best graphics that had ever been seen on the original Playstation. Some of the reviews touted the game as “legendary” and so was the case with fans.
The game was a huge success for Sony as it had a budget of around 16 million US Dollars. This was apparently a huge sum of money at the time. Also, interestingly, the game sold more in the US than in Japan. The developers easily made back their money as the game went on to sell more than a million copies on the original Playstation.
The Legend of Dragoon Gameshark Codes
The game quickly earned a huge cult like fan following and was touted as one of the best of its time. It also earned the title of one of the most underrated RPGs ever despite over a million sales.

The Legend of Dragoon is available to play on the original Sony Playstation and Sony Playstation Portable.
