Marvel Studio did hold an epic comic con panel where Kevin Feige confirmed phase five release dates and some major Phase six releases. But a new spider man film was never going to be announced there as it is a release of Sony.
Long time producer of Spider man, Amy Pascal did say a new triology was in the works. But she backtracked on that at the premiere in December 2021 and said it was essentially just a wish.
Shortly after that, Feige confirmed that a new film is in development and in May 2022, Sony boss Tom Rothman said they hope to get working on the next movie of spider man along with the entire group and ultimately it means that Tom Holland, Zendaya and co will return back.

What is the Potential Release Date of Spider Man 4?
As we said above, Spider Man 4 might be in the process of development, however it doesn’t yet disclosed a release date.
Well, reportedly Sone was keen to have Jon Watts as director but he is taking superhero break for now after Fantastic Four. But if there is huge gap as we think there will be before Spider Man 4.
So as of now I can say that it is very hard to speculate any release date for the fourth instalment of Spider Man. However if a new man is to take over the mantle, we may be waiting a while longer.

Will Tom Holland Return Back as Spider Man? Tom is a little cagey on his future as Peter Parker and he is wanted to keep focus on the third instalment instead. And he said that –
“Maybe it is time for me to move on. I have to take Peter Parker into account as well, because he is an important part of my life,” and added: “If I’m playing Spider-Man after I’m 30, I’ve done something wrong.”
“I don’t know whether I’m going to be a part of it. Spider-Man will always live on in me and I know that [producer] Amy [Pascal] and the studio are keen to figure out what the next chapter of Spider-Man looks like.
“If that happens to be with me, then that’s very exciting but, you know, if it’s time for me to walk away then I’ll do so proudly.”
